This year will see the switch of Aufklärungspanzer Panther, german light tank tier 7, to Spähpanzer SP I.C. This small tank was built in 1960 by Hotchkiss / Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz. It was a 6.5ton reconnaissance vehicle with a gasoline 6-cylinder Hotchkiss-Brandt engine (195hp and p/w 30hp/ton). Engine and hydropneumatic suspensions allowed a top speed of 58Km/h. The main armament was a 90mm Mercar gun and one MG42 machinegun. The armor was very thin, 15mm on front and 8mm on sides.

Quest’anno vedremo anche la sostituzione dell’Aufklärungspanzer Panther, il leggero tedesco tier 7, con lo Spähpanzer SP I.C., così come confermato da Storm. Questo carro leggero venne costruito nel 1960 dalla Hotchkiss / Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz. Pesava 6.5 tonnellate e montava un motore Hotchkiss-Brandt 6 cilindri pari 195cv e 30cv/ton. Motore e sospensioni idropenumatiche consentivano una velocità massima di circa 58Km/h. L’armamento era costituito da un cannone da 90mm Mercar e una mitragliatrice MG42. La corazza, ovviamente, era molto sottile. I valori sono noti sono in maniera approssimativa, circa 15mm frontali e 8mm laterali.
