Prinz Eugen is the second Hipper-class German cruiser introduced to the game. With upgraded anti-air armament, it surpasses its sister ship and towers over its peers at Tier VIII with its higher survivability. The lack of effectiveness of its HE shells is offset by the above average potential damage of its AP ammunition and the highest firing range among all Tier VIII cruisers (up to 17.7 km). Effective at both long and short range and with a great main-armament, Prinz Eugen is a great all-rounder.
