In this Sandbox, devs are testing changes in high-explosive shells for conventional tanks. There will be no artillery changes in this test, so:
-The difference in damage values for some artillery shells is only a bug.
– All high-explosive shells have the “Average armor penetration” indicator removed except for artillery. Now it is 0 technically. FBG + -25 also remains!
