Enable the “Accelerate Crew Training” option to either invest your earned XP in your favorite crews or use the better XP to Free XP conversion rate ( 1 = 35 ) to unlock modules and standard vehicles. The most die-hard XP collectors will also be rewarded with an additional Garage Slot.
