Bofors Tornvagn (Sweden, HT-8, premium) came out for testing today. Short name of the tank: Tornvagn.
The appearance is interesting and the performance characteristics are also normal, BUT, a tank with such characteristics is played exclusively in close combat. For what and how it will be – is still unknown.
* One of the projects of the Bofors firm in the second half of the 1970s. Several bold technical solutions were planned to be implemented in the tank. For example, it was supposed to install a complex system of separate loading: the shells were placed under the turret on the right side, and the charges were fed from the rear of the hull by a conveyor system. Also, the tank was supposed to receive impressive protection for its time, but the project was never implemented in metal.

* Uno dei progetti della ditta Bofors nella seconda metà degli anni ’70. Nel mezzo erano previste diverse soluzioni tecniche audaci. Ad esempio, doveva installare un complesso sistema di caricamento: i proiettili venivano posizionati sotto la torretta sul lato destro e le cariche venivano alimentate dalla parte posteriore dello scafo da un sistema di trasporto. Inoltre, il carro avrebbe dovuto ricevere una protezione impressionante per l’epoca, ma il progetto è stato mai implementato in metallo.
