- Restrictions in number: In total no more than two VI PERTH, VI MYSORE, VI HUANGHE, VI LONDON and VI LEANDER per team.
- Banned ships: VI ERICH LOEWENHARDT, VI RYŪJŌ.
New restrictions will come into effect on the 25th of August, 11:30 UTC.
