How to start receiving gifts?

To start receiving gifts for your birthday in the game, you need to:

• indicate your date of birth in your personal account (otherwise how will we know, right?);
• link your account to email and confirm it (relevant for Steam users);
• allow us to send letters to your specified email address.
• play at least one battle within the last 365 days.
** Important limitation: you can change the date of birth in your personal account no more often than once every 365 days.

Accrual of gifts.

If all the conditions are met, then every year on the specified date you will receive a congratulatory letter. To receive your gifts, you just need to log into the game within seven days from the date you specified, inclusive.

*** Congratulatory letters are sent once a day. This can happen the next day from the date you specified, if you changed it recently.

• A gift voucher for your birthday will give you a 100% refund in doubloons when you purchase an item from the Premium Shop. In other words, by completing a purchase with such a coupon, you will receive the product itself plus the number of doubloons equal to its value.
• The maximum cashback amount for a coupon is 50,000 doubloons. It is rare to find higher-value items in the Premium Shop. The coupon can be used only once within 7 days from the date of accrual.
• A coupon cannot be redeemed or bought as a gift to another player.
• Coupons have an expiration date. The birthday gift voucher must be redeemed within 7 days of receipt.

Come iniziare a ricevere regali?

Per iniziare a ricevere regali per il tuo compleanno nel gioco, devi:

• collega il tuo account all’e-mail e confermalo (rilevante per gli utenti di Steam);
• consentirci di invia lettere all’indirizzo email specificato.
• gioca almeno una battaglia negli ultimi 365 giorni.
** Importante limitazione: puoi modificare la data di nascita nel tuo account personale non più di una volta ogni 365 giorni .

Accumulo di doni.

Se tutte le condizioni sono soddisfatte, ogni anno nella data specificata riceverai una lettera di congratulazioni. Per ricevere i tuoi regali, devi solo accedere al gioco entro sette giorni dalla data specificata, inclusa.

*** Le lettere di congratulazioni vengono inviate una volta al giorno. Questo può accadere il giorno successivo alla data specificata, se l’hai cambiata di recente.

• L’importo massimo di cashback per un coupon è di 50.000 dobloni. È raro trovare oggetti di valore superiore nel Negozio Premium. Il coupon può essere utilizzato solo una volta entro 7 giorni dalla data di maturazione.
• Un coupon non può essere riscattato o acquistato come regalo a un altro giocatore.
• I coupon hanno una data di scadenza. Il buono regalo di compleanno deve essere riscattato entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento.
