T54 Heavy Tank (USA, HT-9, premium). Changes regarding the basis 1.18.1.

Firepower:
• Dispersion from chassis rotation (max.): from 0.12 (3.00) to 0.16 (4.01)
• Aiming time: from 1.92 to 2.40
• Armor penetration 2 (CR) shells : from 320 to 300
