K-91 Option II (USSR, MT-9, premium). Changes regarding the basis 1.19.

Durability cost parameter was changed.

General:
• Changed tank class: from “Premium” to “Promotion”.
• Added tank tag: “Unique”
• Tank durability repair cost: from 8,550 to 15,000

  1. anyone know any info how to get this tank seen it in game but no info on the release or substantial evidence on getting it.
