If you are experiencing login or queue issues on the World of Warships NA servers (i.e. constant logging in fails due to server fails), the developers have stated that there are some serious issues and they are addressing the issue:
“Dear players, the game server has been restarted at 10:20 PM PT on June 2 (01:20 AM ET on June 3) for technical reasons”
