What’s New in Closed Test 12.11 & 13.0: Test Ships Changes
Are you curious about the latest changes to the test ships in Closed Test 12.11 & 13.0? Devs have some exciting news for you! Based on testing results, they have made some adjustments to the following ships: Independence, Tianjin, Sicilia, Monmouth, Rhode Island, Minegumo, and Jupiter ’42.
These changes will affect the performance, balance, and gameplay of these ships, so make sure to check them out and let us know your feedback. Here are the details of the changes:
Closed Test 12.11 Changes (Live on December 21st)
- Independence: Stock and Researchable Torpedo Bomber damage reduced from 4367 to 3767
- Tianjin: High-Precision Spotter consumable parameters changed: action time from 55 to 30s, number of charges from 3 to 5, reload time from 200 to 100s
- Sicilia: Sigma parameter increased from 1.5 to 1.6, firing angles for the aft turrets increased by 10 degrees
- Monmouth, Repair Party consumable parameters changed: HP restoration per second from 297 to 1188, action time from 28 to 20s, number of charges from 3 to 2, restoration of hit points after receiving damage to parts of the hull from 50% to 60%, restoration of hit points after receiving damage to the citadel from 33% to 50%
- Rhode Island: detectability by sea reduced from 16.4 to 15.2km, all other parameters adjusted accordingly
Closed Test 13.0 Changes (Live with Update 13.0)
- Jupiter ’42: Main battery parameters changed: HE shells removed, reload time from 4s to 4.5s, AP shell damage from 1900 to 1700, shell ballistics changed to have flatter flight arcs, AP shell penetration slightly decreased; torpedo tubes parameters changed: torpedo damage from 11967 to 18433, torpedo range from 10km to 7km, torpedo tubes reload time from 85s to 120s; Detectability by sea reduced from 7.4 to 6.3km, all other parameters adjusted accordingly
- Minegumo: Torpedo reload time increased from 90 to 100s
- Tianjin: Main battery reload time reduced from 17 to 14s, number of charges of the Fast Damage Control Team consumable made unlimited, other parameters of the consumable unchanged
- Rhode Island: Main battery reload time reduced from 24 to 22s
