World of Tanks: Unveiling the Negative Changes to Tour of Duty
In the past, each clan member had the potential to accumulate 27,000 bricks a month by participating in random games. This was broken down into four stages: stage I – 1000, stage II – 2500, stage III 4000, and stage IV 6000, which when doubled, totaled 27,000. The beauty of this system was that daily activity wasn’t a requirement to achieve these 27,000 bricks. Additionally, new missions were introduced every two weeks.
However, with the introduction of the new system, changes have been implemented:
Now, each clan member has the potential to earn only 15,000 bricks per month by playing random games, which is a significant decrease of 45%! This is calculated as follows: mission I 100 bricks, mission I 150 bricks, mission I 250 bricks, which totals 500, and when multiplied by 30, equals 15,000.
Under the new system, devs are presented with three daily missions that must be completed sequentially. While mission 1 can be completed solo, missions 2 and 3 require participation in a platoon. These missions must be completed daily, and failure to do so results in a loss of potential bricks! This means that if a player does not participate in the platoon, they will only contribute 4,500 bricks to the clan per month, which is a drastic decrease of 83%!
On a positive note, the new system allows us to complete 21 stages (18 of which are mandatory) to receive a Carro 45 t tank in return. These stages are completed by collecting currency obtained from the above-mentioned clan missions. The breakdown of the currency is as follows: Mission 1 – 25 currency, mission II – 50 currency, and mission III – 75 currency, totaling 150.
