WoT: 1.25.1 Patch Notes
Onslaught Light
The new Onslaught Light game mode has been added. Consequently, the ranked system has been removed. Additionally, event progression has been added. The vehicle level used has changed from X to VIII. Moreover, role skills have been rebalanced according to the new vehicle level. Tactical skills have also been rebalanced according to the new vehicle level. Prestige points have been rebalanced as well. Some vehicles were excluded due to issues with their role skills or high effectiveness in the game mode. Furthermore, new Onslaught Light 2D customization elements have been added:
- 2D style: “Enlightenment”
- Decal: “Artyless”
- Decal: “W for Wictory”
Steel Hunter
Several changes have been made to the upcoming launch of Steel Hunter:
- The option to access Steel Hunter tournament qualification from the event Garage has been added.
- A new banner displaying vehicle strengths and weaknesses has been added in the Garage.
- More information about how abilities work has been added to tooltips.
- A progressive 2D style has been added to the mode, allowing players to earn elements for it across multiple Steel Hunter launches.
Additionally, some changes have been made to the mode’s gameplay:
- Nearby loot has been made more transparent in Sniper mode.
- All loot within the player’s Vision Cone will immediately be displayed on the minimap.
- The Harbinger and Walkure have been slightly improved.
- The effectiveness of all the Arlequin’s guns has been reduced (except its dual gun).
- The Beowulf’s durability has been reduced, and its guns have been made equally effective in the final stages.
Arcade Cabinet
Resources for the upcoming Overwhelming Fire game mode have been added.
Other Changes
Changes have been made and partly applied to the visual features of certain images, such as a red cross on a white background and similar elements.
Changes to System Requirements
To ensure the game’s continued development and optimal performance for the widest possible number of players, support for hardware over 10 years old will be phased out from 1.25.1.
From this update, the minimum and recommended system requirements will be as follows:

Known Issues
- Battle chat is frozen for all team members while the Supreme Commander Animated Dog Tag is displayed during the pre-battle countdown.
- Vehicles’ outlines are not completely filled if they are behind an object.
- Bonuses from Bounty Ventilation are not displayed in the crew efficiency statistics.
- Clan chat does not work on the Combat Intelligence screen.
- The fuel tank on the vehicle’s diagram in the damage panel does not turn red after it is destroyed.
- The command wheel does not disappear once activated in some cases.
- The drown timer is not displayed when a vehicle is overturned in water.
- Some objects are not outlined in certain cases in Sniper mode.
- A random vehicle is selected when the player enters the Vehicles section of the Service Record.
- Some vehicles are missing from the Hall of Fame.
Fixed Issues and Improvements
- Fixed the issue of the Purchase button not working for Items for Points in the Battle Pass section of the in-game Store.
- Fixed the issue of tankers’ icons not being displayed in Tour of Duty rewards.
- Fixed the issue of a grayed-out medal for completing Battle Pass Season XIV appearing in the Awards section of the Service Record even if the player had not yet earned it.
- Fixed the issue of the trajectory of SPGs’ HE shells being displayed incorrectly in Postmortem mode.
- Fixed the issue of switching equipment loadouts at the start of battle causing the vehicle’s hit point bar to be displayed incorrectly in the team list.
- Fixed the issue of Platoon members who exited battle not being able to lower the camera in the Garage when there were no other Platoon members’ vehicles in it.
- Fixed the issue of the Sixth Sense lamp continuing to display after rewinding a replay back to before the vehicle was spotted.
- Fixed the issue of the incorrect WoT Plus subscription end date being displayed if the player had multiple active WoT Plus subscriptions.
