Essential Server Maintenance: Temporary Unavailability of World of Tanks Services
We wish to bring to your attention an upcoming maintenance schedule that will temporarily impact the accessibility of a majority of Wargaming products and services, including games, account management, and the Premium Store.
The scheduled downtime is as follows:
From June 17, 01:00 to June 17, 04:00 (GMT+3). Expected duration: Approximately 3 hours.
Post-maintenance, we’ll require a few additional hours to fully restore all services. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. Rest assured, your game account and progress will remain unaffected.
Post-Maintenance Availability
Once the maintenance concludes, the games will be accessible again, but the functionality of the services will be restricted for an extended period (approximately 5 hours):
• Portals: Will be accessible, but without authorization. This might impact the ability to acquire D-Day tokens on the event map.
• Account Registration: The creation of new accounts and profiles will be temporarily suspended.
• Account Management: Actions such as password changes will be unavailable.
• WoT Plus Subscription Management: Changes to subscription and settings will be inaccessible.
• Premium Store and In-Game Purchases: Services may be partially accessible. We urge caution when making purchases during this period.
• Bonus Codes and Tokens: The use of codes will be unavailable.
Compensation for Service Unavailability
We extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the maintenance. As a token of compensation for the downtime, players with an active Tank Premium account will receive an additional premium day. This will be automatically credited as soon as the server becomes available again.
