WoT 2.0 – Active Development Phase, Autumn 2024
As of September 2024, the development of the major update WoT 2.0 has entered its most active stage. The work is in full swing, marking the first significant effort by WG since 2018.
Since our last post on August 4th, there have been substantial changes that directly affect two key features. One involves graphical enhancements, and the other includes modifications to the maps.
Preliminarily, at the first stage, the developers plan to introduce between 12 to 16 tanks of the 11th level! All these are new vehicles from 1975. Additionally, some of these tanks are unique in their own way (this may change or be extended to other high-tier vehicles due to resource constraints).
It appears that 2025 will be a record year for the release of new tanks.
