Project CW HITBOX MONDAY Part 3: How Critical Damage Works and Health Stats for Chopper, Fantôme, and Akira
In this week’s HITBOX MONDAY, devs will reveal some details on how we calculate critical damage in Project CW, as well as the health stats for three of famous tanks: Chopper, Fantôme, and Akira.
Please note that this is a work in progress and we may change these calculations in the future. Also, remember that all modules have a recovery time of 8 seconds.
Crit Damage Critical damage occurs when a shell penetrates the tank and hits a critical zone. To determine the damage, devs use this formula:
Damage = Shell Damage x Shell Crit Multiplier x Crit Zone Multiplier.
All tanks have the same values for crit zone multipliers, which are:
- Engine crit multiplier = 1.0
- Fuel tanks crit multiplier = 1.0
- Ammo rack crit multiplier = 1.5
Chopper
The Chopper is a fast and agile tank that can deal a lot of damage with its powerful gun. Here are its health stats for each module:
- Ammo rack – 200
- Engine – 200
- Fuel tanks – 200
- Crew – 200
- Tracks – 200
Fantôme
The Fantôme is a stealthy and versatile tank that can surprise its enemies with its camouflage and mobility. Here are its health stats for each module:
- Ammo rack – 200
- Engine – 200
- Fuel tanks – 200
- Crew – 200
- Tracks – 200
Akira
The Akira is a sturdy and reliable tank that can withstand a lot of punishment with its armor and durability. Here are its health stats for each module:
- Ammo rack – 200
- Engine – 200
- Fuel tanks – 200
- Crew – 200
- Tracks – 200
