Wargaming – new End User License Agreement (EULA)
We’re excited to announce a comprehensive update to our End User License Agreement (EULA), enhancing your gaming experience with clearer, more accessible terms.
Here’s what’s new:
- Unified EULA: We’ve streamlined our regional EULAs into a single, global document for all users, simplifying your access to our games.
- AI Training Prohibition: Section 5 now clearly bans the use of Wargaming’s content for AI training, ensuring the integrity of our games.
- Content Clarity: We’ve distinguished User Generated Content from Player Content in section 6, providing you with a better understanding of your creations.
- Copyright Notices: Section 8 introduces a dedicated space for copyright infringement notices, protecting your rights and ours.
- User Rights: Your rights are paramount. Section 3 outlines your right to object to EULA changes, while section 9 details your rights regarding subscription price adjustments.
- Safe Gaming: We’re committed to your well-being. Section 16 focuses on the safe use of our products, so you can enjoy gaming worry-free.
Discover all the updates by reading the revised EULA here in English.
The updated EULA will be effective 30 days from the receipt of this notification.

Should you choose not to accept the new terms, you have the option to terminate the EULA by deleting your account here or, for console games, here before the changes take effect. Please note, this will prevent further use of our products.
We value your loyalty and hope you’ll continue your journey with us. Thank you for being a part of the Wargaming community!
