Complete patch note 2 of the Public Test 1.14 WOT.
List of changes of version OT2 1.14 in comparison with OT1 1.14 WOT.
Major changes:
1. Field modernization/Upgrades.
A new game mechanic has been added (since the last “Sandbox”) – Field upgrade, which allows you to fine-tune the performance characteristics of Tier VI-X vehicles that have received “Elite” status.
2. Ranked Battles 2021/2022 (10×10).
The second Public Test will include Ranked Battles 2021/2022 starting Saturday, July 24, 6:00 pm PT.
3. Frontline 2021.
The following rental equipment has been removed from the “Frontline” mode:
• T-54 lightweight LF (USSR, LT-9, prem);
• Type 61 FL (Japan, MT-9, premier);
• 50TP Tyszkiewicza FL (Poland, HT-9, premier).
Changed parameters of combat reserves:
– Reconnaissance aircraft:
• Reload time increased to 260/240/220 s
• Flight duration reduced to 15/17/20 s
– Air strike:
• Reload time reduced to 210/190/170 s
– Bombing:
• Damage radius increased to 12 m
• Number of shells increased to 22/24/32
• Deployment time decreased to 4 s
– Minefield:
• Reload time increased to 240/220/200 s
• Maximum stun duration reduced to 10 s
4. Customization.
2D Styles (2 pcs.):
• Added a new 2D style “Order and Progress”.
• Added a new 2D-style “Water Element”. [ГК, will be obtained in the same place]
5. Corrections and improvements.
• Fixed some localization bugs.
• Fixed some technical bugs.
6. Changes in vehicle parameters.

Cambiamenti significativi:
1. Modernizzazione/potenziamenti sul campo.
È stata aggiunta una nuova meccanica di gioco (dall’ultimo “Sandbox”) – Aggiornamento sul campo, che consente di mettere a punto le caratteristiche prestazionali dei veicoli di livello VI-X che hanno ricevuto Stato “Elite”.
2. Battaglie Classificate 2021/2022 (10×10).
Il secondo test pubblico includerà le Battaglie Classificate 2021/2022 a partire da sabato 24 luglio, 18:00 PT.
3. Frontline 2021.
I seguenti carri a noleggio è stata rimossa dalla modalità “Frontline”:

Which location and which technical bugs have been fixed? Why modernizing, when the game is about ww2 and is made to give the players an idea of what it was like during the wars? Where the APCR shells for instance, was expensive as all hell to produce? And today, players uses them as standard rounds. You have only reduced the damage dealt by HE shells, because the high-end elitist players with their 279e’s and Chieftain CW-reward tanks have complained about it, killing some of the more fun mid-tier derp gun tanks, with patch crap point twat (1.13) And the artillery have suffered nerf after nerf for years. How about limiting platoons with more than one Chieftain or Object 279(e)s? Limiting Tank destroyers, to three per team, or limiting medium tanks, or light tanks or heavy tanks. All to 3 per team. See how it would be then. Make a penalty for use of full premium shells, on tanks two tiers lower than yourself. Wargaming, by changing the game the way You have over the past years you have made a lot of players uninstall the game and stop playing. And if this continues, you will lose more players and not gain more. You can look on the statistics yourself. They are so factual after all, aren’t they?
