Kampfpanzer 07 P(E) (Germany, HT-10, promo). Changes regarding the basis 1.21.

The role of the tank is changed: from breakthrough to universal. Firepower was buffed, HP nerfed.

General:
• Role in battle: from Heavy Breakthrough Tank to Heavy Universal Tank
• Tank HP Repair Cost: from 27,600 to 26,400

Firepower:
• Aim Time: from 1.92 to 1.63
• Armor Penetration of 1 (AP) shell: from 260 to 270
• Armor penetration of 1 (AP) shell at 500m: from 240 to 250
• Muzzle velocity of 3 (HE) shells: from 1,067 to 960
