The Jagdpanzer 38(t) (level 4 collectible German tank destroyer) Hetzer is a collectible German tank destroyer that underwent some changes in the update 1.23.1.
The changes affected the gun performance of the tank, the the 10.5 cm Stu.H. 42 L/28. The gun loading time increased from 8.25 to 9.40, which means it takes longer to reload the gun. The aiming time also increased from 1.63 to 2.21, which means it takes longer to aim the gun. These changes reduced the gun rate of fire from 7.28 to 6.39, which means it fires fewer shots per minute.
The changes also affected the average damage per minute of the tank. The average damage per minute with 1 (AP) shell decreased from 2,547 to 2,235, which means it deals less damage with armor piercing shells. The average damage per minute with 2 (APCS) projectile also decreased from 2,547 to 2,235, which means it deals less damage with armor piercing composite rigid shells. The average damage per minute with 3 (HE) projectile decreased from 2,983 to 2,618, which means it deals less damage with high explosive shells.
These changes made the Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer less effective and powerful in the game. The tank has lower gun performance and lower damage output than before.
