Tiger II (T) from WoT update 1.23.
With the release of update 1.23, the Tiger II (T) [Germany, TT-7, prem] will be rolled out randomly by developers and supertesters.
Historical reference
The most protected serial heavy tank of the Second World War. It was equipped with a gun with the greatest armor penetration, but had an overloaded engine, transmission, and chassis and was very heavy. The Henschel company has been working on the hull since 1942, and the more technologically advanced turret became the second development by Krupp for this vehicle. In long-range battles, the Tiger II’s advantages in firepower and armor protection were overwhelming over all production tanks of the anti-Hitler coalition. Due to the overly heavy design, overloaded power plant and chassis, as well as the small number of vehicles built, the Tiger II was unable to have a serious impact on the course of hostilities.
