The ST-62, a long-standing ST tank, has undergone its third major transformation. Previously, it was moved from tier 10 to tier 8, and before that, it was transferred from tier 9 to tier 10. Now, the tank has been reinstated to tier 10, and the drum for 3 shells has been reintroduced.

- Gun loading time has increased from 4.79 to 31.64 seconds.
- Reloading time for one projectile is now 7.67/10.55/13.42 seconds.
- Reload time inside the magazine is 2.00 seconds.
- The number of shells in the magazine has increased from 1 to 3.

- Aiming time has decreased from 2.40 to 1.92 seconds.
- Accuracy at 100 m has improved from 0.40 to 0.35.
- Dispersion from maximum movement has increased from 0.08 (5.20) to 0.14 (7.00).
- Dispersion from maximum chassis rotation has increased from 0.08 (5.01) to 0.14 (8.03).
- Dispersion from maximum turret rotation has increased from 0.08 (4.34) to 0.10 (5.22).
- Ammunition count has decreased from 55 to 50 pieces.
- Armor penetration of the first (APCR) projectile has increased from 200 to 260 mm.
- Armor penetration of the first (APCR) projectile at 500m has increased from 180 to 250 mm.
- The initial flight speed of the first (APCR) projectile has increased from 1,223 to 1,320 m/s.
- Damage from the first (APCR) projectile has increased from 220 to 320.
- Average damage per minute of the first (APCR) projectile has decreased from 2,754 to 2,503.

- Added tank tags: “Earning bonds” and “Unique”.
- Removed tank tags: “Universal Medium tank”, “Gun rammer (Class 2)”.

- Role in battle has changed from universal medium tank to assault medium tank.
