On RU clusters World of Tanks will be updated to patch 9.14 tomorrow.
Edit: The World of Tanks servers will be unavailable on the 10/03/2016 from 04:00 to 09:00 CET due to this update. Due to the Update, the Global Map in Clan Wars will be undergoing maintenance from 10/03/2016 at 03:00 CET until 11/03/2016 at 03:00 CET during which it will be frozen.
