Resolve Account Conflicts Before February 10th
Important Changes to the Account System Coming Soon
Starting February 10, players with multiple Wargaming accounts in different regions must resolve all account conflicts. These conflicts occur when multiple accounts share the same registered email, phone number, or linked social media profiles.
Why These Changes Matter:
These updates will simplify account management and provide more opportunities for future technical improvements from our developers.
Who Will Be Affected?
- Keep an eye out for notifications about conflicting accounts. Even if you missed the October notification, information about conflicts is constantly displayed in the upper left corner of the Wargaming Game Center interface.
Account Conflicts Occur When:
- Multiple Wargaming accounts use the same email, phone number, or linked social network profiles.
- Accounts registered in different regions have the same login details.
The Update Affects Players Who:
- Have multiple accounts with the same email, phone number, or linked social media profiles.
- Have accounts registered in different regions with the same email address (e.g., one in the EU and one in the NA region).
If Your Accounts Meet These Criteria, They Are Considered “Conflicting.” You’ll Need to:
- Combine All Relevant Accounts: Use one common set of credentials to simplify access, allowing you to sign in to all accounts with a single email address and password.
- Assign Unique Credentials to Each Account: Separate the accounts so that each has its own login information.
