Reason for the delay
The reason for the delay is a bug with the gun mantlet of the tank, which affected its armor values.
The good news is that devs have fixed the bug and they will release a small update 1.23.1_5 tomorrow morning, February 23, to correct the discrepancy between the thickness of the gun mantlet and the expected characteristics of the Object 452K.
The armor values will be brought to the planned values, so you can enjoy the tank as intended.

To install the update, developers will need to carry out some scheduled maintenance on the World of Tanks servers. The game servers and the clan portal will be unavailable from 06:00 to 06:45(UTC+3).
