“Season 8 of the Battle Pass, which runs from the beginning of June to the end of August, will bring the grim darkness of the distant future of the Warhammer 40,000 universe to World of Tanks.
As you progress through the chapters of Season VIII, you will be able to recruit iconic characters from a grim, dark future to your side as tank commanders. The fates of these commanders are linked by a compelling story revolving around the legendary technological artifact of a bygone era known as the Standard Template Construct (STC). The adventures and combat prowess of the commanders will inspire you in battle, while their weapons and accessories will embellish 3D styles inspired by the three Warhammer 40,000 factions they represent.
While the Battle Pass season 8 setting is fairly new (at least for tankers new to Warhammer 40,000), its well-known mechanics are time-honored.”
