World of Tanks, Battle Pass 2024: DETAILS
Are you ready for the new Battle Pass in World of Tanks? Here is what you need to know about the three exciting seasons, the new tanks, the tokens, the equipment and more!
Three Seasons of Fun and Surprises
The Battle Pass 2024 will have three seasons, each with its own theme and rewards. You can expect:
- Season 13: Starting in early March, this season will be part of a collaboration with some special guests. You will be pleasantly surprised by who they are. Stay tuned for more details!
- Season 14: Beginning in June, this season will commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings. You will be able to relive the historical battles and earn some patriotic rewards.
- Season 15: Launching in the fall, this season will have a surprise for you. It will be related to one very popular gaming event that you don’t want to miss.
Two New Tanks for Your Collection
The Battle Pass 2024 will also introduce two new lvl 9 tanks that you can get for tokens in the BP store. They are:
- TT-130M (Czechoslovakia, HT-9, promotional, mechanics: rocket boosters): this tank will be available in the first season in 2024.
- TS-60 (USA, TD-9, promotional): this tank is the main annual reward.
More Tokens for Free Progression
The Collections feature has been removed, and instead, you will get three tokens from this feature for free progression, one token per chapter (each season = 9 pieces). This means that you will get 15 free tokens in one season, compared to 12 last year. You can use these tokens to buy equipment or tanks in the BP store.
New Prices for Equipment and Tanks
The prices for all equipment and tanks in the BP store have been changed (for tokens). They are now divided into three categories:
- 28 tokens: These are the tanks that are considered the main reward in the annual progression. They are Cobra, KPz 3 Projekt 07 HK and the new TS-60.
- 20 tokens: These are relatively new tanks that you can get as part of the first annual season. They are Lorraine, BZ-58-2 and the new TT-130M.
- 12 tokens: These are familiar vehicles that the active audience most likely already has, but they are still a good choice for beginners. They are Kunze Panzer, K-91-PT, Object 777 Option II, AE Phase I and Char Futur 4.
The only exception is Cobra, whose price increased by 4 tokens. This is because the developers want to balance its value and its cost in tokens, and also reduce its presence in random battles.
More Styles for Your Tanks
In addition to crew members and 3D styles from last year, you can now also get 2D styles in the BP store (except for collaborations and marathons). They cost 1500 points each and they will make your tanks look more unique and stylish.
More Ways to Earn BP Points
You can now earn BP points on vehicles with lvl 4 (previously with lvl 6). This means that you can use more tanks to progress in the Battle Pass and enjoy the rewards.
More Options for Experimental Equipment and Pre-Battle Instructions
You can now choose from a wider range of rewards when receiving Experimental Equipment and Pre-Battle Instructions. The list of instructions available for selection has also been expanded. You can now also choose: Replace Fuel Filters, Clean Lenses and Asbestos Winding. These will give you more advantages in battle and help you achieve your goals.
