World of Tanks Blitz can be launched on PC via WGC, bypassing Steam.

The Wargaming Game Center launcher revealed the possibility of direct installation of the WoT Blitz game. Presumably this happened with the release of update 9.0 for WoT Blitz. Steam will now be optional to play on PC.
