Join the fun with the cutest armored vehicles ever in Toy Tank mode, and enjoy random rewards from your regular Multiplayer battles with Naughty or Nice. If you love winter traditions as much as we do at World of Tanks Modern Armor, you’ll be excited to hear that we’re bringing back a special game mode and holiday Challenge that are fan favorites.
Please note: these events have different start dates! Toy Tank mode will start on December 19th, and Naughty or Nice will start on December 23rd.
Toy Tank Mode

It’s back! Yes, Commander, it’s time to fire your Darts of Doom again … and this year, your toy vehicles can jump. Toy Tank mode is a special game mode, with its own queue, that you can access from the game’s main/start menu.
You won’t be using your own tanks for this event. No, before each match begins, you’ll have the option of playing as either a Toy Tank or Toy Artillery vehicle. Then, you’ll enter 7v7 Multiplayer battles under a beautifully decorated tree on the exclusive Happy Holidays map. A points counter will display how many enemy tanks your team needs to destroy to win. The first team that destroys 20 tanks is the winner!
Unlike in regular matches, respawns ARE enabled in Toy Tank mode … and when a vehicle is destroyed, it’ll drop one of two possible powerups that you can collect! One gives you a faster rate of fire; the other heals you. The powerups look the same until you pick them up, so don’t miss them.

Wait a minute—did you say jumping tanks?
You heard that right. Press your handbrake button (the Down button on the D-pad in the default controller layout) to perform a well-timed jump in your toy tank or toy artillery. What amazing moves will you pull off?
Can I earn Silver in Toy Tank mode?
There are no Silver earnings, but there is the Stocking Stuffer Challenge! You’ll get a random loot drop for every battle you win, including Silver and season points toward the Battlefronts season. Get more info below!
Can I earn Vehicle XP, Free XP, or Commander XP in Toy Tank mode?
You can earn only Commander XP in Toy Tank mode. Commander XP earnings will be increased.
Can I use Commanders in Toy Tank mode?
You sure can! Commanders placed in a toy tank or artillery vehicle will be sent back to your recruitment tab when the event ends. You know you want to see Krampus in a toy tank … and this is a great way to level up your Krampus Commander, or any other Commander you have (including this year’s new addition, Mrs. Claus).
Can I use Consumables?
Yes, absolutely! Consumables equipped on a toy tank or artillery vehicle will be sent back to the Consumables section in your Loadout tab when the event ends.
What about Equipment, Camo, and Cosmetics?
Santa’s elves had very specific designs in mind when they built our toy tanks and artillery. This means that these vehicles cannot use Equipment or any kind of Cosmetics.
Will I pay for repair costs?
Toy tanks are magical. There are no repair costs.

Santa has a random surprise for you every day!
From December 23rd to January 1st, you’ll get a bonus random loot drop after your first victory of the day with each tank you use. We don’t care if you’ve been naughty or nice, though, so the drop could be either one.
And the first time you get a Naughty Drop, you’ll also earn the Lump of Coal medal!
