The World of Tanks Maneuvers event has indeed faced some challenges, with players reporting issues on the first day.
The event, which is a clan-exclusive competition, allows players to amass Fame Points by winning and advancing through event Stages with their clanmates.
Regarding compensation for the lost fame points due to technical difficulties, there is a precedent where the Wargaming Administration may compensate the missing Fame Points if players suffer from technical issues during the crediting of Fame Points. If the issue is widespread, the compensation will be based on a set base Fame Point amount.
The event’s regulations and mechanics are designed to reward victories and contributions to the clan’s progression. The team at World of Tanks is committed to providing a fair and competitive environment and is likely to address these issues to ensure that players can enjoy the event as intended.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, keep an eye on official World of Tanks channels and announcements. They will provide details on any compensation and updates to the event as they work to resolve these issues.

Missing fame points is a small issue since it is almost impossible to to play CW games due to loading issues. Yesteday (not first day but second) and still same problem. With this loading issue we where able to play 4 games/hour. If WG cant solve this problem asap, why bother to play CWs at all.
from 2015 always same problems when cw started it is very bothersome
