78 years have passed since the Allied landing in Normandy on June 6, 1944, but D-Day is still one of the most important military events in World War II history. It marked a turning point and opened a second front in Western Europe, often considered the beginning of the end of World War II in Europe.
This year, WoT will commemorate this important date with a special set of missions in which you must take over the beaches of Utah and Sword , the two main landing sites for US and British forces. Drive into battle in your favorite US or UK vehicles to earn outfits and tokens for the ultimate Operation Overlord mission and receive the 2D Overlord style.
