What’s New?
- Random Platoon: Activate this option in the “Steel Hunter” mode Hangar. You’ll be paired with a platoon member whose gaming skills match yours (based on combat effectiveness in “Steel Hunter”). If you enjoy surviving with a game-selected platoon member, you can invite them to form a regular Steel Hunters platoon. This option is available on the battle results screen. Note: If finding a platoon partner takes longer than usual, the skill selection parameters may be relaxed.
- Voice Chat in Steel Hunter Mode: Use it in both random and normal platoon mode. If you’ve created a regular platoon, voice chat will be available to you in the Hangar. Note: Voice communication must be enabled in the game settings. It is activated by pressing the button listed in the key binding menu.
- Order Menu: This menu, familiar from Random Battles and called up by default with the Z key, will help improve communication with your platoon members if you cannot use voice chat for some reason.
- Changed Visual Effects for Combat Skills: Effects have been improved for a large number of event vehicles. Among other things, you’ll be able to visually determine who used a combat skill – an enemy or an ally.
Progression Rewards
Play Steel Hunter mode and complete special daily challenges to earn progression points and Steel Seals. Points are needed to advance through the progression: for each completed stage you will receive various rewards.
Products for Steel Seals
Steel seals earned in the mode can be exchanged for unique appearance elements! This can be done in the in-game Store until June 10, 2024, 09:00 (UTC+3).
Change Visual Effects and Combat Skills
Visual effects for loot and vehicles now interact better with the terrain. The visual effects of revival in battle have been improved for all vehicles. Visual effects for some combat skills have been improved. For example, the hit zone of Electrical Discharge activated by you or an ally will now be visually different from the hit zone created by the enemy’s combat skill.
