World of Tanks Frontline 2024: Episode 4
Get ready for the return of “Frontline” in the game, as part of the fourth episode, which runs from February 19 to 26. You can join intense 30 vs 30 battles (Tier VIII vehicles only), where tactics are everything, and experience a dynamic battle scenario system. This means you will play according to the rules of one of three scenarios, which are randomly selected before the start of the battle.

Dynamic Battle Scenario System
The rules for combat reserves will vary depending on the three Frontline battle scenarios.
- “Standard Battle” (34% chance): You can use combat reserves according to the normal “Front Line” rules.
- “Operational Support” (33% chance): This scenario, which was first added in 2022, reduces the time to prepare combat reserves by 50% (after combat begins, revival, or a new reserve is opened). This allows you to use combat reserves more frequently, which will increase the dynamics of the battle and expand the range of tactical possibilities.
- “Chance” (33% chance): This scenario, which debuted in 2023, gives you one of two random combat reserves once you reach certain ranks. This means you might be able to use combinations of the same reserves. The combat reserves that you placed in slots in the Hangar before the start of a battle have a higher drop rate, and the level of reserves that you purchased with points will increase by one during battle (in other words, they will have four levels).
You can find the rules for battle scenarios on the “Front Lines” screen in the Hangar and on the Combat Reserves screen.
Maps
The set of special combat locations (3×3 km in size) for “Front Line” remains the same, so you have the opportunity to:
- ride through the green hills of “Normandy”;
- explore the snow-covered expanses of Kraftwerk;
- discover the desert sands of Fata Morgana.
Each map has three lines. The attacking team must capture the first two lines, which are divided into sectors measuring 1×1 km. The third line has towers of large-caliber guns, which the attacking team must destroy and the defending team must protect.
Awards By earning frontline experience in battles and advancing through the levels in the fourth episode of “Frontline,” you can receive the rewards listed below (see screenshot 3).
