Any player who has fought 600 or more random battles can become a commander and invite recruits.
The commander will be able to recruit you if the following conditions are met:
• you are a new player in World of Tanks or have fought 200 or fewer battles in the game or have not entered battle within the last 60 days;
• you have not yet completed the contract as a recruit;
• you are not currently participating in the referral program as a recruit;
• you have never been and are not the commander at the moment;
• your account is not blocked or put on deletion.
