Kpz Erich Concept 1 — Premium MT Level 9 Germany in WOT
The Kpz. Erich Konzept I (Germany, MT-9, premium) has just been released today for the WoT supertest. In the EU region, this tank features a 120 mm gun and is classified at tier 9. Interestingly, the tank has already been released in the RU region with a 152 mm gun and at tier 10. It’s worth noting that the tank itself is quite old, having been developed back in WG.
The characteristics and appearance are, as always, detailed below. Perhaps it will be suitable for the New Year 2025.
Historical Background
The Erich Konzept I is a draft design from 1965, developed as part of the T/KPZ 70 program. The project aimed to create a turret with a spherical base, allowing it to rotate in three planes. Additionally, the designers planned to install a 120-mm cannon stabilized in three planes and explored the possibility of installing more powerful weapons. However, the work was halted at the sketch stage.
