Nemesis, new promo MT level 8.
Concept
Nemesis (Great Britain, MT-8, promo) entered the WoT EU supertest two days ago.
The production of new tanks doesn’t stop and now a new tank is being tested. The tank doesn’t have any special mechanics, but it has quite a lot of durability for medium tanks, and very high average damage. With 420 average damage, the vehicle ranks 2nd among all tier 8 medium tanks.
Only the Chimera with 440 units is higher. At the same time, the tank has excellent turret armor (with a hatch) and excellent power-to-weight ratio. The tank is currently a promo item, but this may change before release. Characteristics and appearance are in front of you as always. For what and how is still unknown. Probably as early as 2024.
History
Nemesis is a mbt concept from 1970s and it wasn’t designed to fight the latest Soviet armor. Instead, its concept was created for those nations with smaller militaries. The tank was created in 1974 at the 24th long armor infantry course at the Royal Armor Corps Center in Bovington, a follow-on from the School of Tank Technology courses. As it was a conceptual study, the tank would not be built. But today, the scale model from the project still exists.
Role in battle: Universal medium tank. Special category equipment: Mobility.
