Wargaming is working on a new model for the XM551:
On the ArtStation portal, where there is a gallery dedicated mainly to projects related to digital design and conceptual illustrations for games and movies, there were the renderings of the new model for the Sheridan M551.
The Model is by Roman Agieiev (link to the gallery), a 3D artist that works for Room 8 Studio. It seems that the model has been created for Wargaming, as can be seen from the watermarks and the description on the ArtStation website:

However, it is not known when and if the model of the American tank will be replaced.
