Japanese Cruiser Kitakami, Tier X
The main balance change for Kitakami will be the introduction of torpedo loaders similar to submarines, two of them in total, one for each side of the ship. After firing all four torpedoes from one launcher, the torpedo launchers will reload 1 by 1. Each side of the ship can only reload one launcher at a time. The loader mechanic will reduce the frequency with which Kitakami can launch large torpedo salvos, but will still leave the ship able to actively participate in battle and gradually launch torpedoes when necessary.
Il principale cambiamento di bilanciamento per Kitakami sarà l’introduzione di caricatori di siluri simili ai sottomarini, due in totale, uno per ciascun lato della nave. Dopo aver lanciato tutti e quattro i siluri da un lanciatore, i lanciasiluri si ricaricheranno uno a uno. Ciascun lato della nave può ricaricare solo un lanciatore alla volta.
