Update 13.0 – new ships
World of Warships devs introduce some new ships that will be available for testing in the upcoming update 13.0.
New Commonwealth Cruiser Branch
A new line of light and heavy cruisers from Australia, India, New Zealand, and Canada, featuring good damage per minute, long-range torpedoes, crawling smoke generator, and improved ASW airstrikes. However, they have low survivability and weak AA defense.
Wiesbaden
A German light cruiser with dual-purpose 128 mm guns, torpedoes, smoke generator, and hydroacoustic search. She has high damage per minute but low range, weak armor, low speed, and poor maneuverability.
Victoria
A Spanish fast battleship with nine 381 mm guns and a unique mechanic of alternative firing modes. She can switch between standard shells with high damage and fire chance but poor ballistics, and alternative shells with improved ballistics but reduced damage and fire chance. She has excellent armor and good concealment but low HP and weak AA defense.

Sutlej: Tier I Commonwealth cruiser, armed with six (3×2) 102 mm guns. Has a top speed of 19 knots and a surface detectability range of 6.8 km.
Port Jackson: Tier II Commonwealth cruiser. Armed with eight (8×1) 152 mm guns. Has a top speed of 26 knots and a surface detectability range of 10 km.
Caradoc: Tier III Commonwealth cruiser. Armed with five (5×1) 152 mm guns and four (4×2) 533 mm torpedo tubes per side. Has a top speed of 29 knots and a surface detectability range of 9.8 km.
Dunedin: Tier IV Commonwealth cruiser. Armed with six (6×1) 152 mm guns and twelve (4×3) 533 mm torpedo tubes. Has a top speed of 29 knots and a surface detectability range of 10.1 km.
Delhi: Tier V Commonwealth cruiser.
Hobart: Tier VI Commonwealth cruiser. Armed with eight (4×2) 152 mm guns and eight (2×4) 533 mm torpedo tubes. Has a top speed of 32.5 knots and a surface detectability range of 10.8 km.
Uganda: Tier VII Commonwealth cruiser. Armed with nine (3×3) 152 mm guns and six (2×3) 533 mm torpedo tubes. Has a top speed of 31.5 knots and a surface detectability range of 11.2 km.
Auckland: Tier VIII Commonwealth cruiser. Armed with nine (3×3) 203 mm guns and eight (2×4) 533 mm torpedo tubes. Has a top speed of 33 knots and a surface detectability range of 12.3 km.
Encounter: Tier IX Commonwealth cruiser. Armed with nine 203 mm guns and eight (2×4) 533 mm torpedo tubes. Has a top speed of 33 knots and a surface detectability range of 12.3 km.
Cerberus: Tier X Commonwealth cruiser. Armed with nine 203 mm guns (3×3) and eight (2×4) 533 mm torpedo tubes. Has a top speed of 34 knots and a surface detectability range of 12.3 km.
Wiesbaden: Tier VIII German cruiser. Armed with twelve (6×2) 128 mm guns and twelve (4×3) 533 mm torpedo tubes. Has a top speed of 32 knots and a surface detectability range of 10.5 km.
Victoria: Tier VIII Spanish battleship. Armed with nine (3×3) 381 mm guns. Has a top speed of 30 knots and a surface detectability range of 16.1 km.
