The closed test 13.1 features new Commonwealth cruisers, Delhi and Uganda, with unique abilities and stats.
Commonwealth cruiser Delhi, Tier V
Delhi is a Tier V cruiser that leads the Commonwealth cruiser line. She boasts the signature Commonwealth Crawling Smoke Generator, which allows her to conceal herself and fire at enemies without being detected. This gives her an edge over her Tier V rivals.
Delhi’s model is still under development, so the devs are using Red Fort, a similar ship with the same guns as Delhi, for testing purposes. You can find the technical details of both ships below.
Uganda is a Tier VII cruiser that belongs to the same line as Delhi. She is based on a Japanese heavy tank project that used German technical documentation and experience. Her appearance was previously announced in the DevBlog.
Both ships are subject to change during the testing. Here are their stats without crew and upgrade modifiers, but with the best available modules.
