The Russian cruisers tech tree is upcoming and yesterday a community manager wrote this post on RU forum:
Hello! In our game there are a lot of premium ships, but until now there aren’t premium carriers. We would like to ask you one simple question – what do you think about a premium carrier in the game?
It’s possible that the community manager thinks about the Saipan. You can find this aircarrier inside the database. It’s in the database starting from the ancient alpha test.
